1. Subject, scope and governing law
These terms address remotely concluded sales of forms, business cards, printed materials and personalized promotional items ordered through Doktor Matbaa.
Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation apply where the transaction qualifies as a consumer contract. Purchases made for commercial or professional purposes that are not consumer transactions may be governed by different rules. Mandatory rights cannot be restricted by these terms.
2. Parties and contact details
The seller is the business whose registered name, address, tax and MERSİS details and contact channels appear at the beginning of this page. Official details are taken from the production configuration.
The buyer is the person placing the order personally or on behalf of an organization and supplying the relevant contact, billing and delivery information. Buyer details are evaluated together with the specific order's invoice and delivery records.
Written notices about orders, deliveries, withdrawal and defective goods may be sent through the support channels on the Contact page.
3. Products and transaction-specific terms
Each order specifies the item type, essential features, selected design or personalization, quantity, price, taxes, any additional costs, payment method, delivery address and shipping arrangements. This general policy page does not promise identical items or prices for every order.
Before an order involving a payment obligation, customers must be informed of essential product features, the total tax-inclusive price, shipping and other mandatory charges, and the applicable conditions. Required pre-contract information and terms must be delivered through a durable medium, with confirmation records retained as required by law.
For products offered by quotation, submitting a quote request alone does not complete a sale. Acceptance, conversion into an order and payment steps determine the transaction's progression.
4. Placing orders and payment
The buyer reviews the cart or accepted quotation, product options, billing and delivery details, and payment method before placing the order. Links to terms and pre-contract information alone do not discharge transaction-specific disclosure obligations.
Card payments may be processed through iyzico. Raw card details are not kept in the Doktor Matbaa application database. Bank-transfer payments remain pending until verified by the seller.
Payment must be confirmed before production and dispatch. Extra charges not explicitly approved by the buyer cannot be imposed. Payment confirmation and order status can be checked through the relevant records and notifications.
5. Personalization and artwork approval
The buyer should verify the names, job titles, addresses, artwork and text provided for customization, must not submit content infringing third-party rights and should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data such as real patient health information.
For items requiring proofs, digital artwork is presented for customer review. The buyer may approve it or request revision. Production cannot begin until payment and all required proof approvals are complete.
Proof approval permits production based on the approved design. It does not waive rights concerning defective prints, non-conforming goods or other mandatory seller obligations.
6. Production, shipping and delivery
Shipping method, delivery address and transaction-specific delivery commitment are determined by the pre-contract information and order records. Production targets may be described relative to payment and required proof approval, but these targets must be distinguished from the promised final delivery date.
For distance sales of goods other than those prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs, the performance period generally cannot exceed 30 days. Different periods may be agreed for genuinely personalized goods; the seller remains bound by the agreed commitments.
Carrier and tracking information may be provided in order records. Subject to statutory exceptions, the seller bears the transit risk until goods are delivered to the consumer.
7. Withdrawal from standard consumer purchases
Where no statutory exception applies, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without stating a reason or paying a penalty. Withdrawal may also be notified before delivery.
Withdrawal must be communicated in writing or by a durable medium through the Contact page channels. Unless the seller undertakes collection, goods must be dispatched for return within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
The return procedure, carrier, expenses and start of the refund period are governed by current law and the pre-contract information supplied for the order.
8. Personalized-goods exception
Under Article 15(1)(b) of Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation, goods made to the consumer's specifications or personal needs may be excluded from the no-reason withdrawal right unless the parties agree otherwise.
Customized prints including a name, professional title, unique artwork or customer-specific details may qualify depending on their actual characteristics. Manufacture after an order is placed does not automatically make every item exempt.
Any applicable exception and the reason for it should be disclosed before ordering. The exception does not remove remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
9. Returns, refunds and defective goods
For valid withdrawal, the seller refunds amounts required by law, including applicable delivery charges, through a method consistent with the original payment instrument and without consumer fees. Where the statutory conditions apply, the refund deadline is 14 days.
For incorrect, damaged or defective goods, applicable consumer remedies include contract rescission, price reduction, free repair where legally available, or replacement where possible. The seller cannot shift statutory burdens of proof to the consumer through these terms.
Order numbers and photographs may help investigate complaints but the absence of such evidence alone does not extinguish mandatory consumer rights.
10. Delayed or impossible performance
If the seller misses the committed delivery period, consumers may terminate as provided by law. Where statutory conditions are met, payments including delivery charges and statutory interest must be refunded within 14 days.
If performance becomes impossible, the seller must give legally required notice and refunds within the prescribed periods. Lack of stock alone does not constitute legal impossibility.
11. Records, personal data and notifications
Order, payment, invoicing, delivery, proof approval and support records may be retained for performance, disputes and statutory obligations. More detail about data processing is provided in the KVKK Information Notice and Privacy Policy.
The version of the agreement and pre-contract information in effect when the order is placed, the customer's confirmation and transaction-specific conditions must be retained and provided through a durable medium as required by law. This general web page alone is not such a delivery and recordkeeping mechanism.
12. Requests, disputes and effective terms
The buyer can contact support through the Contact page about an order or delivery. Eligible consumer disputes may be submitted to consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and other legally available channels.
Mandatory jurisdiction and complaint rights remain applicable. These terms do not compel consumers to waive rights or use a single dispute-resolution body.
Binding order conditions are evaluated together with pre-contract disclosures, the confirmed items and prices, personalization terms and relevant order records. The legal-content approval switch must remain off until final business and legal review.
