Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser when you visit a website. They can support session continuity and security. localStorage is a different browser-storage technology and is not itself a cookie.

This policy explains the session cookies and other browser-storage mechanisms used by the current Doktor Matbaa storefront. For more details on personal-data processing, refer to the KVKK Information Notice and Privacy Policy.

Doktor Matbaa uses Auth.js for account sign-in and session management. Session and security cookies may be used to authenticate sessions, support secure login and verify the integrity of requests.

These cookies support essential account functions and are not used for advertising tracking. Their exact names and lifetimes may vary depending on the authentication framework and secure-connection settings. Signing out or clearing cookies may require you to sign in again.

To preserve cart contents across pages, the browser's localStorage holds the key doktortmatbaa-cart-v3. It may contain selected products, options, quantities and personalization details entered for an order.

This entry is not a cookie. It may remain on your device until deleted by you or the application, or until browser/site data is cleared. Clearing the cart may empty this entry. Avoid adding sensitive information on shared devices and clear the browser's site data after use.

The light/dark appearance preference may be stored in your browser's local storage using next-themes. This remembers your preferred appearance for later visits; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

If you delete the appearance preference from browser storage, the site may return to its default or system appearance.

Payment services such as iyzico may use their own cookies or similar technologies on payment pages or within payment components to support payment processing and security. Refer to the relevant provider's notices for details.

If external sign-in services such as Google are enabled in the future, their own cookie practices may also apply on their services. This statement does not mean those integrations are currently enabled.

The current application code does not contain an integration that sets cookies for advertising tracking or behavioral analytics.

If optional analytics, marketing or similar technologies are introduced, users will be informed about the tools and retention periods in advance. Where explicit consent is legally required, these technologies will remain disabled by default and will not be enabled before consent is given.

Session and security cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you request may be used under an applicable KVKK processing condition without separate explicit consent. Not all cookie categories are automatically essential.

If technologies requiring explicit consent are introduced, options to accept, reject and manage preferences will be provided, and users will be able to withdraw consent. The absence of an optional-cookie preference panel in the current application does not mean that optional analytics or advertising cookies are active.

Session cookies expire according to the session type, duration and security configuration. localStorage entries do not necessarily expire at the end of a browser session and may remain until changed by the application or removed from the browser.

You can inspect, remove or block site cookies and storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working; clearing local storage may remove cart contents and appearance preferences.

This policy may be updated when technologies or service providers change. Additional security cookies set by live hosting infrastructure should be verified before publication and whenever material changes occur.
